Clever use of the 'O' meant that not only did it look like an item of produce - it could also be used as a colour coding device. The final play was the leaf taking the place of the apostrophe.
Colour coding of the salad families, strong typography and a cool matt finish coupled with a glossy leaf pattern on the bag made for some slick looking bags.
Using the brand on small labels was always going to be a challenge. O'live's labels are bold and eye-catching due to the brands ability compliment the product its on. Unique labels that utilise a band on them helped some products work better than competitors.
